I arrived at La Scaleta 8 years ago: I was trained in all positions, passing through different levels, before becoming the director of the restaurant in Vendôme. Customer satisfaction has always guided me. I have a real pleasure to welcome our customers in this Scaleta setting, and to offer them our Italian dishes (in particular, Medici pasta, one of my favorite recipes !)
